Four Pillars of Practical AI Adoption
We don’t just talk about AI , we help you understand it, use it, and benefit from it. Every pillar is designed for businesses starting out, not big tech companies.
AI Automation
Whether it’s scripting or using OpenClaw or Agentic AI, there’s a large range of workflows and processes in every business that can be automated with AI. We help you identify those processes in your business and then automate them so that you and your team can be more productive.
AI Applications
Tools like Claude and Gemini dramatically decrease the barriers of entry to create small applications to automate your workflows. For the workflows that are too complicated, we have a team of developers who use AI tools to deliver process automations a lot more quickly and cost effectively.
AI Training
Most people aren’t resistant to AI; they’re just unsure how to use it without breaking something. Our hands-on workshops are built for real staff in real roles, not developers. We walk your team through the tools they’ll actually use day-to-day, so they leave the session confident, not confused.
AI Governance
Before any tool gets switched on, your team needs to know the rules. We create clear, plain-English policies covering data handling, acceptable use, and compliance with Australian Privacy Principles so your business is protected before automation begins. This isn’t a document that sits in a drawer. It’s a working framework your team actually follows.
Real AI Wins — Real Case Studies
How AI Slashed Post-Production Time by 92% for the Principles of War Podcast & YouTube Channel
Producing the Principles of War podcast and YouTube channel demanded serious hours of deep research, scripting, recording, and then a mountain of post-production work that added no creative value but was essential to getting each episode published. Editing, formatting, metadata, descriptions, timestamps, social assets , it all stacked up to around 4 hours of post-production per episode, creating a bottleneck that limited how often new content could go out.
By implementing AI-enabled scripting across the post-production workflow, we cut that 4-hour burden down to less than 20 minutes per episode — a 92% reduction in time spent on tasks that used to drain the schedule. That freed-up time went straight back into what actually matters: producing more episodes, improving research quality, and growing the audience.
The YouTube channel has grown to more than 16,000 subscribers, and the podcast has surpassed 1.2 million downloads. What once took around four hours per episode now takes about 20 minutes, allowing the team to produce more content without increasing workload.

How a Single Pane of Glass Dashboard Gave Us More Time Driving Smarter Campaign Results
The biggest challenge in managing marketing for clients isn’t running campaigns; it’s knowing which ones are actually working. Reviewing performance across multiple platforms, pulling reports from different dashboards, and piecing together what’s driving results used to consume hours that should have been spent on strategy and creative thinking.
We built a Single Pane of Glass application that consolidates all of a client’s marketing data into one unified view, allowing us to review performance and spot growth opportunities in seconds instead of hours. That shift has fundamentally changed how we work — instead of spending meetings walking clients through analytics, we now walk in with the insights already in hand and spend that time where our real strength lies: planning their next campaign and generating ideas that actually move the needle.
More time on creative strategy, faster identification of what’s working, and clients who see results sooner.

How We Use Power BI to Run Our Own Team In Full Visibility
Like most growing teams, we had a problem: our data was scattered across Xero, our line of business application, and multiple other systems, which meant nobody had a complete picture of how we were performing on any given day. Team members were wasting time switching between platforms trying to figure out what jobs needed attention, where we stood against our KPIs, and how to prioritise their workload. So we built ourselves a solution — using Power BI, we connected all of those disparate data sources into a single set of digital dashboards that the entire team can access in real time.
Now everyone knows exactly how the team is tracking, what needs to be done, and where to focus before they even start their day. The result has been a genuine uplift in productivity because our people spend less time searching for information and more time doing meaningful work. This is exactly the kind of transformation we build for our clients, and the reason you can trust us with your AI and automation journey.
We’re not selling theory, we’re sharing what’s already working inside our own business every single day.

AI Solutions We’ve Built
These aren’t mockups or demos; they’re real tools we’ve built and use every day.
We created a single pane of glass for our marketing campaigns. This means that we can see our Facebook, Google, MailChimp, and Eventbrite results all in one pane of glass. We used Claude Code to create the code and to assist with its setup.
This enabled our web developer to come up with a very sophisticated tool. Which means that our marketing team is now saving time because they can, in thirty seconds, work out what the low-hanging fruit is for each account that we’re working on
We regularly perform website audits for businesses that want more traffic, more leads, and a better understanding of how their website is performing. In the past, these audits were completed manually and typically took around an hour to produce.
Rather than repeating the same process over and over, we took the methodology we had developed internally and automated much of it using Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Ahrefs and Google’s PageSpeed Insights. The result is a faster, more consistent audit process that allows us to spend less time gathering data and more time identifying opportunities for improvement.
Managing multiple Meta advertising campaigns can make it difficult to quickly identify where advertising budgets are being spent and which campaigns are delivering results. To solve this, we developed a Meta Campaign Tracker that consolidates campaign spend and performance data into a single dashboard, giving our team a clear view of advertising activity across all managed accounts.
Rather than manually reviewing individual campaigns, the dashboard helps us quickly identify high-performing campaigns, underperforming ads, and opportunities to improve budget allocation. By combining automated data collection with AI-assisted development, we created a tool that enables faster decision-making and more effective management of client advertising spend.
